After earning his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he earned distinction in the top ranked advocacy and trial program, Morgan Fletcher Benfield returned to his home town to offer effective and reliable legal representation to those facing criminal charges in and around Tacoma, Washington.
By utilizing his extensive training in Trial Advocacy, Appellate Advocacy, Federal Criminal Litigation, Advanced Negotiation, Advanced Evidence, and Courtroom Technology along with the experience gained by working with the Assistant United State’s Attorneys, Federal Public Defenders, District Public Defenders, and the Assistant Attorneys General, Morgan honed his skill and passion for defending the rights of the accused.
As a Tacoma criminal defense attorney, he has handled cases in Pierce, King, and Snohomish counties and conducted numerous jury trials, both as a Rule 9 public defender and through private practice.
